This modern farmhouse was built on a beautiful treed lot with a large slope towards the front. With large sloping lots, it takes many subtle details to reduce the perceived height of the garage vs. the house. This garage has nearly 14' ceilings but by adjusting rooflines and strategic grading, the garage doesn't have to be overbearing.
